Message Plus not syncing with windows 10

I can send and receive texts from my android phone using message+.  I installed message+ on my windows 10 laptop.  I can send messages from the laptop and they are received by the person I sent them to, but do not sync to my phone.   Also messages sent on my phone do not show up on my laptop.  I removed message+ and reinstalled it but the problem persists.

I do not have "unsubscribe" on my phone under "settings".

My phone indicates "Message+ Version 6.9.0"

Yes, I have uninstalled and installed Verizon Message+ over 10 times in the hopes it would solve the problem. It did not.

I also rebooted the computer several times, especially after uninstalling Message+, and before reinstalling.

I'm at my wits end.

This is a major problem. Lots of complaints and NO solution from Verizon.

Hellooooooo Verizon!!! Are you working on this problem?

Nothing is working now for me. Two weeks ago My PC verizon plus app quit working and today my Tablet app quit. The ONLY way I can get my messages now is on my phone.

IF THAT QUITS I am changing providers. Not putting up with poor technical support.

That's exactly what happened to me. I disconnected both laptop and ipad and now I can't even get those apps back on the 2 devices. Receive error messages stating that a pin can't be sent at this titme.

Member jacdy19,

I am not clear on what you want to do from your post:
"No setting that asks to unsubscribe ????", but this may offer you some options:

1. Go to: [https://web.vma.vzw.com]
2. Sign in to your account.
3. When you are on the "Verizon Messages" web page, click on (select) the 3 bars on the left of the red bar and select "Settings".
4a. If your intention is to "Delete My Account", select that option and read the explanation before continuing.
4b. Otherwise, click on (select) the 4th line "Manage Devices".
5. On the resulting "Manage Devices" screen, all your "Devices Registered with integrated messaging service" will be listed and you should find a "Registered Devices" line with a "Disconnect" option on the right of each line of the table.

I hope these options answer your question.

This didn't work for me. I was able to disconnect my devices from the online app (desktop) but the problem persists when the desktop was reconnected. The procedure was repeated but Message+ was also uninstalled to see if a fresh install would help, it didn't. An OTT provision error occurred on the reinstall. The desktop app updated a few conversations, but not the most recent one. The online app also looks completely different, being a larger single screen then the tearoff style once from before.

Yep, I'm having the same problem. The Windows 10 app won't sync. I use the Mac OSX app and it still works.

When I tried to reconnect my phone number on the Windows 10 app, for the third time in two days, I received an error "OTT Provision Failed During PIN Generation".

Clearly there is a systemic issue with this feature that Verizon must fix. The reviews for this Verizon Messaging  app on the Microsoft Store include MANY people referencing the same problem with the app unable to sync on Windows 10. Clearly, this is not due to people misusing the service, but the service and/or application being fundamentally broken.

Verizon, please fix this.

I am not sure why you do not understand my complaint.
Please explain...

I am also seeing issues ..  the app will send messages but it will not receive them . I also noticed that the "Send a Message"  option from the Verizon website also is not working.   I use this on my windows boxes and the App on my ipad.  Please advise when a solution can be expected.

Thanks !!

Same issue here. This app was working perfectly on my desktop, but suddenly stopped a few weeks ago. I've been with Verizon for a long time, but as of late they give me pause about staying with them when this current agreement expires.

As is the usual case, the answer doesn not deal with the problem. My desktop app has stopped syncing and -no- the solution given by the Verizon tech is not applicable. There is no "unsubscribe" in the settings on my phone. Try again.

Same issues here for a couple weeks. Messages sent from laptop going to the recepient, but not showing on android phone. Incoming messages (including replied) go to phone, but not to the laptop with windows 10. REPLY FROM vERIZON IS " WE ARE HARD AT WORK ON FIXING IT, BUT JUST DON'T KNOW WHEN."

Laptop and desktop upgraded to the current version of Windows 10. Verizon messaging stopped. There does not appear to be answers to this problem from Verizon.

What's next for us to do?

There is no "unsubscribe." Only "delete my account."

Thank you for checking that out, famattjr. To unsubscribe, the account would first need have to be deleted. You can still use Verizon Messages (Messages+) without an account as well. Once you have done that, you can create the account and re-subscribe to Integrated Messaging anytime. Take a look at the details in #4 under the "Syncing Messages Across Devices" section here: http://spr.ly/6605ENiHz.  EricaG_VZW

I am running a Microsoft Surfacebook with Windows 10 on it and Message+ had been working fine up until Augst 10, 2019.  Since then, like many here, I can send emails from the desktop client but not receive messages.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9+

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and the messages sync back to that August 10th date but no later.

Any help would be appreciated as this application is very valuable to me.

Help is here for you MarioSpina! We can provide the answers you need. I apologize for the issues you are having with Message+ and Windows 10. There is currently a compatibility issue that prevents the proper functionality. We do not have an ETA at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   BobbyN_VZW
