Just recently, Message + is not giving me tone or light notifications. It does vibrate if I select it to however the light doesn't activate in any function (including silent). I tried rebooting the phone and even turning it off and on. Still the same issue. When someone calls or I get voicemail or other apps (like Facebook), I get audio chimes. Not in Message + all of a sudden. Anyone have this issue or any thoughts how to fix it? It's a pain to keep turning on my screen constantly just to see if I got a text.

It's a Galaxy Note 5. I noticed the issue Tuesday evening. No updates on or relating to Message+ nor did I download anything that could effect it. The issues seems solely to Message + and audio/ visual notifications.
I did a search on Google for this same issue but have not found anyone.
I'm really hoping you can help me with this unusual issue
Craiglaw574, thanks for sharing that information on your device. I can help, and we'll check out some common things which could be affecting the notifications for your Message+ App. One of the first things we want to investigate is to make sure notifications for the Message+ App are turned on. To check that, you'll want to follow these instructions: http://spr.ly/6586D52TG
Using the App Manager, you can see if the Message+ App has had its notifications switched to off or silent. Please check that out.
The other thing worth looking at Craig is your Do Not Disturb settings. You'll want to make sure these aren't enabled. You can use this helpful link to fund out where to go an check those settings: http://spr.ly/6587D52TH
Please let me know what you find, and we'll continue troubleshooting together from there.
