When I send messages to other users with message +, it's using an image from my phone it thinks is me. The issue is I've never set up a public profile, nor do I have a pic set up for my profile. Also, the image it's using is one of the first test photos I took when I purchased a new phone. That image was deleted from my device weeks ago. Any help in understanding how this happened is appreciated. Thanks.
We want to be sure your Message + app is working the way it should HoldenCornfield. Let's see what we need to do to get this resolved. When did this issue begin? What model phone are you using?
