Long time user of Message+ app on Galaxy 7 phone. Suddenly, unable to attach pdfs. Tried various pdfs frm cloud, internal HD & card, it alwys states "improper video format". I've never sent a video b4, have sent many pdfs & recently sent my 1st (2) animated gifs. Something's changed. Any suggestions? Thx!
It's concerning to hear that you are currently experiencing issues with your Verizon Messages application. Do you recall making any changes to the device when this issue initially began? This can be anything from the addition of a new application to installing an update.
