Ever since the last update about 1-2 weeks ago I cannot send and receive messages while connected to my company WiFi, any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

I want all of your messages to go through with no problem, of course. Let's see if we can figure this out. You mentioned that you're using your company's Wifi, and messages are not coming through or going out. You also mentioned that this has been going on for a week or 2.
Prior to the update, were messages going through with no problem? Was it the same for any co-workers?

Yes prior to the update there was no problem and no other coworkers are having the problem.
