Message+ displays contact #, not name.

I am having issues where Message+ will display the contact number, rather than name in my "Conversations" list.  It occurs when I initiate a text message through another medium, such as Android Gallery and my web browser.  Any ideas how to fix this?

We need to get to the bottom of this messaging mystery! What is the make and model of your device? Has this always happened or did this start recently?

This very helpful information Michael, thanks. You indicate that issue started 2 updates ago. Did you do a factory reset after any of those updates?
Manufacturers recommend doing a factory reset after a software update to resolve any potential post software update issues, or conflicting files. Please do a factory reset as per this link http://spr.ly/6584BXn2y; and ensure to disable the Automatic Restore option as per this link also: http://spr.ly/6585BXn2J

To clarify, you’re asking me to do a factory reset where all my settings, apps, and files are deleted?

@user770. I apologize for the confusion. Let's keep working at this. Since you are still having this trouble yes, we would recommend doing the Factory Data reset. If you are worried about losing important data on your phone you could use Verizon Cloud to backup your information http://vz.to/1PVVhYJ.
