Message+ for Windows 7 doesn't connect

I have installed Message+ on my Laptop which is running Windows 7.  After giving it my Cellular # and entering the security code that is sent via text, the app doesn't seem to connect.  It just sits and the progress dot-circle just keeps spinning.

We want to make sure  you are able to get the device working as needed. With regard to your computers software version it is not compatible. You would need Windows 8 or above for the software to work properly. I hope this helps clarify your issue.
