This is a personal computer w/ Windows 7. I've checked all the settings I can find and made no difference. Is this a known issue? Any fixes, or troubleshooting tips? I have tried reinstalling. Thanks.

Hi and thank you for responding to my issue. I have tried installing the Message+ app on a desktop w/ Windows 10 Enterprise, as well as a laptop w/ Windows 7 Pro (x64). The issue is the same, is it possible that it is a setting on the phone or my account?
