I have been getting these messages I wait and nothing I have been trying to get some attention on this issue from Verizon since April I have left messages with an Andy at times or Sara this person has contacted me with 2!diffent names and only corresponds by email and in his response he never addresses the actual topic he just speaks about what he has to say this issue has ultimately cost me my job that has never been addressed by him, I have never had a nerve issue or any symptoms brought on prior to making a phone call or anticipating one until the problems I am having to deal with this now 2 nd major issue with Verizon I am literally getting sick to my stomach with just the thought of having to speak to someone about this I use to be very pleased with Verizon and recommend them to family and friends since July of last year just the name of the company alone the upset stomach and what seems like a panic attack sets in this is not good. If I can't speak to someone today I will have to bring the issue at hand to proper Federal &State agencies that handle such issues. I hope that you can help rectify this situation I am not looking forward to all these lengthy case/complaint forms I would have to complete
thank you for your time I hope to speak with you soon
Sincerely, Rhonda

If you initiated a support case by contacting Verizon, then these texts were supposed to be heads-ups that you were to get a callback (which I'm guessing didn't happen because Verizon dropped the ball). If, however, you did not contact Verizon to request help on something with your service or devices, then these texts are fake and should be deleted.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
