I’m unable to redeem gift data when I get this message

I have tried connecting with customer service but they don’t seem to help. I’ve tried sending it through my Verizon too and it doesn’t work there either just says it’s been billed or charged for purchase. Verizon says it will be refunded automatically but I don’t see it yet
has anyone else had this issue?
was it resolved?
Is Verizon in the processes of removing this? It seems like they keep forcing unlimited data

So my bill was sent, the original 2g sent through My Verizon and the 1g sent using message+ were all charged to my account, and we haven’t received any of them:
I really wanted this data. (Just 1g, but nothing worked). Now I have to figure out how to get it back?
