Message + has gone crazy

So ever since the update to Message + I've been having the same problem. I took a screenshot from a text my sister sent me and now whenever I send anyone a picture it will show up for me as that screenshot. I have to click on the picture to see the actual picture I sent them. The same happens whenever anyone sends me a picture. The same screenshot will appear and I'll have to click on it to see what they really sent me. I have deleted that screenshot from everywhere on my phone and I've even deleted the whole conversation that I took it from. So I have no idea where it is even getting that screenshot from anyway. Anyone have any suggestions? Becuase it's really annoying.

We want you to have a good experience with your phone and from what you've explained, that's not happening. We can assist with some troubleshooting to get things back to normal. What model phone do you have? What version Message+ are you using?

I have an LG V10 and I'm using version 6.4.5

Thanks for confirming your device model and the Message+ version you have on your device. I’d like to take a closer look into this issue with you.

I see you have already tried a few important troubleshooting steps. Next, I would like for you to try resetting the Message+ application in your Settings menu: http://vz.to/2kGy3LS. Please let me know if the problem persists after resetting the application.

I have done that before and it fixed it for a few days and then it started doing it again. It seems to only do it when I take a screenshot of a text from Message+. I just did it again and if I starts doing it again I will let you know. Thank you!
