I didn’t receive any messages today (and know some were sent)
uninstalled app and reinstalled.... will those “ lost messages” show up?

Verizon Message+ messages are stored on a network server and those 'lost messages' should be there, unless deleted. What device have you used Message+ on? Have you tried using a desktop/laptop and accessing the web messaging (https://web.vma.vzw.com/vma/web2/Message.do ) or the desktop app to see if the messages are shown there?

Well, I'm not surprised that the Web Messaging site,
https://web.vma.vzw.com/vma/web2/Message.do,
isn't showing all your messages, because for TWELVE days now the site has been failing to show all messages. It only shows me about 5 latest threads and no more when all are seen on my phone, ipad and the Windows 10 desktop app. The Verizon Messaging team has not responded to numerous emails asking for an update. You can try installing the Windows 10 desktop app (if you have Win 10 computer) with this install file:

A few things I would suggest whenever this happens is to try powering the phone off, and back on. Removing the SIM Card from the device for a minute or so, and placing it back in the device. You can also reset the network setting on your device from the Settings menu. If these steps do not work, you can reach out to us to perform a network sync as well. Lastly if the person sending you the messages is using an iPhone, have them check their settings to ensure that they have the MMS, and SMS features turned on for their iMessage as well.
