Hi,
Whenever I receive a NEW message in Message +, it is not bolded or highlighted.
I have cleared cache and cookies, reinstalled the app, and power-cycled my phone to no avail.
ALL of the messages are gray.
How do I fix this?
Thank you.

You're welcome. Verizon is not bringing in a new messaging app. They've been suggesting switching to Google Messages, which I use and is already installed on a lot of phones out there.

I'm sorry you are having these problems. What device do you have? Have you attempted to switch to the native messaging on the phone? -Joe

Messages+ is being shut down in June. I'd be willing to say there isn't any support for the app any longer and any weirdness you're seeing is because Verizon has already been turning off assorted bits and pieces associated with the app.

Thanks for that information. Do you know what Message Plus will be replaced with, and will it be a smooth transition as far as you can tell?
Thank you.

Mikerugg7449, this is correct as this messaging option will be shut down soon. We do recommend that our customers use Google Messages going forward.
