I am not receiving all sent pictures and videos sent from my husband...i am receiving some though. It is showing sent on his side but I am not receiving anything. We both have Samsung phones on Verizon and using the Verizon message plus app. Please help! Thank you!
Hello Shecky4185, we know it's vital that you receive all your messages, and we'd love to help. Please tell us more. Are you connected Wi-Fi? Are you having issues receiving messages from other numbers? When did the issue start?
I am connected to wifi, I (and he) turned it off and had him resend 2 pictures and a video and I received the pictures but not the video. I am not sure if it is happening with other numbers as I don't send/receive videos from others as my husband and I just sent videos of our kids to each other.
Thank you for the information. Have you tried using the default message app that came with your device to see if the issue continues of if the MMS come through? If so, what happened?
