I bought a new Google Pixel 7 Pro

I was not able to attach pictures with text.

I took back to Verizon and they replaced the SIM card .

Now it is working fine

DIFFERENT SOLUTION:

My sim card was replaced and it did not fix the problem, nor did any app reinstalls or upgrades, clearing cache, etc.

Here's what worked:

1. Go to your Verizon account on the website and click the following:

2. "Account" (at the top) --- > "My Plan" ---> "Blocks"

3. Select your phone (if you're on a shared plan).

4. Click "Block Services" ---> "Messaging"

5. If "Block Picture and Video" Messaging is turned on, turn it off. Worked for me!!!

Hope that helps some other folks as well!
