Message+ on Mac, messages stuck in 'Sending' state

Starting today, about half of the messages I send via Message+ on my Mac laptop seem to never send. They have a 'Sending' indicator next to them that never goes away. Looking at the Message Info it's not clear whether it actually sent or not.

I'd try disconnecting and reconnecting the account, but I can't find the settings in this newer version of Message+ -- perhaps you can clue me in to where they live now?

I suggest that you start fresh by uninstall/reinstalling the app. Since the MAC is a secondary device, your messages will remain on your phone.

Please give that a try.

And as to my other question, where to the settings live? I've been told there's a gear icon in the upper left of the Conversation List, but no such icon exists in my installation...
