Message+ on web keeps on reloading and is unusable.

When I go to Message+ on the web at https://web.vma.vzw.com/vma/web2/Message.do

Often it keeps on automatically reloading over and over again and I cannot send any messages.  My only recourse is to logout the account at https://www.verizonwireless.com/ then close the web browser and re-open the browser and login back in.  It's almost maddening to do this almost every time I need to check my text messages on the web.  This is a very bad user experience.

Robert....  How many times do we have to say.  We are NOT using the APP.  We are using the web browser.....

TKDIRK1, did you still need assistance? An App is software that you can download to a mobile device for added functionality, such as games, email apps, bar code scanners and more. Depending on the device you're using, there is a difference in programs. Are you using a computer or mobile device? TaylorH_VZW

Taylor.   NO APP and COMPUTER. 

  NONE of us that are having this issue is using the Verizon APP!!!  We are NOT using a downloaded product.  I don't know how many times and how many different ways we can say it.  We are using the browser option.  Please note - between the several of us I remember Chrome, Edge, IE, Opera, Firefox, and maybe others.  We have told you how we are connecting.  Using the link to the BROWSER that verizon provides.  And, we are using our COMPUTERS.  Not phones.

The Message+ Verizon Messages - Windows Desktop application is not compatible with Windows 10 computers. The Windows messaging client for Verizon messages is being temporarily removed to prevent syncing issues and customers should be directed to utilize the messaging web client as a windows alternative https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-54302/.

The Message+ team is aware and working on a resolution.

We all understand that.  It is the "messaging web client" that you are directing us to that is NOT working.

please read the previous posts.  Yes.  Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox.  Other people have tried others.  We all have the same issue.  We have cleared cookies and history as well.

Verizon - Please note that those of us reporting this issue are NOT using the app.  We are using the web browser option.   The exact one that you and several others keep pointing us to.  It is the web browser that reloads again and again.  It repeatedly without touching anything reloads and reloads and reloads.

Has anyone figured out a workaround to this issue.

I am unable to download the windows app on my work computer. 

I am trying to use the web version of Message+.  I get to it my logging into my verizion account and going to text online.  I have tried Edge, Chrome and Internet Explorer.  They all have the same issue with the page continuing to refresh on its own.  Often it is hard to even get a message out.

The app version on my mobile (which is working just fine) is 6.9.4 on a S10+.

Is there a fix to this issue?

The solution is to use Signal so these people can't do this to you in the future.

merble, we want nothing more than for you to be able to use Messages+ without fail. I have provided a link below containing more details on how to access it via Windows. Make sure your computer is running on Windows 8 or 10. Also, keep in mind that your work computer may have firewalls preventing you from accessing Messages+. Have you tried accessing it via your home computer or a laptop?

Tell your incompetent bosses that they need to pull support for the mac, iOS, and Android versions and replace them with the web client too.  Then maybe something will get fixed.  The web client has been garbage from day one, and does not show the majority of messages sent.  It is infinitely worse than the Windows version ever was.
