I have called Verizon and tried valiantly to find a solution. Verizon had no solution. Deleted, rebooted, reloaded. Unloaded from my phone and reloaded. Nothing Worked.

What version of Message+ are you using 'on Computer'? Does 'Text online' work using your computer? What OS is running on your computer?
