Message plus

Hi,

I have a kyocera lte flip phone. I am trying to restore my conversations on the phone. I am signed up to message plus. When i press it it says sign up to integrated messaging. I already am signed up.

Please advise what to do

We want to help restore your conversation. Integrated messaging is a part of Message+. In order to restore your messages, you have to have them backed up. Do you currently back up your phone?
