Message+ sending duplicate texts to everyone on S10

Hi.  Seems my Samsung S10 messsage+ app is sending duplicate messages everytime I send a message... unless I clear the cache every few mesaages...  it's so annoying to my contacts....  help pls

Does this happen only with the Message+ application? Does it also happen with thet default messaging app that came with the phone?
