Message+ update no longer pinning conversations

Recently updated my message plus app. I can no longer pin my top five conversations so that they are at the top of the list. I don't want to transfer over to Google messages. How can I get the pinning ability back?

Hello, dagwoods2000. Updates are meant to improve the conversations. I am sorry to hear that you no longer have the pinning options. I do want to clarify are you still able to send and receive text messages and use our voice and data features?

Yes I am, I just can't pin the conversations so they are always at the top - my most important conversations.

Dagwoods2000, thanks so much for confirming those details for me. Please share with me are you able to go through your settings and uninstall the last update on the message app?
