What OS are you running on your computer and what app are you using to access Message+? Are you trying to download them or remove them?

In the Windows 10 desktop web access, you can open a conversation and do two things to save the messages:
1. Select 'Print Conversation' and then choose 'save to PDF'
2. Select all text and CTRL-C to copy to clipboard, then save it in a text file.
When you have the conversation open, you also have the option to 'Remove Messages'
