I just got a new Motorola one 5G UW. I can receive text messages from everyone except my husband. I have looked through everything I know to look through to find out why his messages are being blocked to me. He receives my messages just fine. What can I do!?

Is he on the same account as your phone or a different service? What make/model phone does he have and what messaging app is he using? Are you both using WiFi calling or cell data service? Did his number get transferred from another service?
