I am having issues with my message+ app. It shows alerts and info in notification bar and pop ups on the screen for everyone except for other people who use message+. I've looked at all settings and can't seem to see any difference in the notification settings. I have the Galaxy s10 5g

Please ensure your message app is up to date. How many contacts are not being alerted when you receive a message? Does the message icon show the new message is there with a number?
