For some reason my messages aren't syncing from my phone to my account online. I am unable to use my phone at work and usually log in to my Verizon account and text from there however, I do not receive messages. I do not have the application downloaded on my computer because it is shared. I am logging into my account and going to my messages.

JVicker1433, making sure your messages sync is a must. We are here to help. Are you able to send messages while logged in online? What information does sync over while online? What model phone are you using?
