My incoming messages have a major delay, up to 30 minutes. This started in September. What is being done about this?
What make/model phone do you have? Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the Message+ app? Does this happen the same whether you're using WiFi or Cellular service?
What about the website access to Message+, are incoming messages delayed there as well?
Daisy, thank you for contacting us. Have you tried turning your phone off for 2 minutes? How much available memory do you have for your data storage on your phone?
