Messages don't appear on Msg+ App Download missing on cloud
I am SO extrodinarily frustrated
Why are random important messages missing, yet appear on my phone?
Why do I down load messages onto CLoud, yet when I log onto Cloud they is not even an option to view downdoladed messages?
What is going on?
This is NOT a new issue.
Help me get my message conversartion from my phone onto paper, other than using EXTENSIVE SCREEN SHOTS!!!

The last thing that we want is for you to be frustrated. I apologize that you are having issues and we want to help resolve them. Do you still have the messages that you wanted to save? When was the last time you ran a backup?
