Messages+ eGift card service issues

I can’t seem to get my messages+ app to send gift cards. I’ve tried to send a few to myself over the past week but I get the error message that it’s taking a little longer to process my request and to try again later. Problem is my account is still getting charged. How do I either get the gift card or get the charges reversed?!

I am sorry to hear that there is an error with sending Gift Cards in Message+. At this time we do not have reports that this is a widespread issue. We want to do all we can to see that it is corrected and that you are not charged for gift cards that weren't issued. We are sending a Private Note and look forward to connecting with you.

I hey Samsung Galaxy s24 and I have yet to be able to find where my gift cards would be with Message +... Beyond frustrating

We're sorry for the issues you're encountering. When did you purchase your device? What happened when you tried to redeem the offer?
