Verizon Customer Service...please help with the Image Search feature. Access to it is completely gone (again ...it happened a few months ago). I'm so frustrated as I use this feature with almost every text! Please reply
I know how important it is for me to have images and gifs to send with my friends and family members text messages, L613. Let's see how we can help get this fixed. When did this issue first start happening? What happens when you check for application updates with Verizon Messages? What make&model device are you using?

Hi Joseph! Thank you for checking in with me. No the issue is not resolved. I have a motorola one 5G UW (Android). I have restarted the phone, cleared the cache, etc. and nothing works. The Image Search option has simply disappeared ... there's not even a note that says "not working" or anything. This has been going on for a few weeks. Also the "share" feature after I take a screenshot hasn't been working. This is all with the Verizon Messages app. Please help! Thank you

Hello! Yes, I've been having the same problem since September, 2023. I've been in contact with Verizon and the app developer; unfortunately, there has been no improvement or resolution. I even wrote a review for this app and it was removed! I'm so frustrated...I used this feature constantly. You can email Messages+ within the app and also contact the developer. I'd love to know if anything works for you. Good luck 🤞
