Despite the FAQ for Messages+ stating that only Messages+ is available on devices that are running Android 4.2 or higher, the Messages application is no longer available on my Palm Phone running Android 8.1 (which is higher than 4.2). The application was working fine in the past, but when I try to open it now, it gives me an impassable prompt that tells me I have to update the application to continue using it. When I get brought to the Play store, I'm not allowed to update it, with the landing page saying "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact the developers for more info". I contacted the e-mail associated with the app back in March, and have STILL not gotten any kind of response. This application was an important bridge in using my Palm Phone as a companion device to my iPhone, allowing me to still receive PIN codes and other messages. Why no response, answers, or even an accurate FAQ to cover the issue? @vzw_customer_support
