How accurate is the message log on my verizon a few texts were sent to a contact that are not in my phone but are in the message log????
Phall417, that's an excellent question. We perform many processes and procedures each month to validate usage accuracy, and the message log will only reflect actual usage from a particular line. Could you please tell us a bit more the messages that appear in your log? Is it possible that someone else may have had access to your device at this time?
