verizon.....TURN OFF messages+ syncing messages notification!!! This is not an urgent notification as NOBODY CARES!!! Tell the nerds in design to take the syncing notification OFF the list. And give us a setting to stop all other STUPID notifications.

settings/notifications/advanced.....uncheck what you don't want.
