Got my wife and son s22 ultra's for Christmas and they are both having trouble sending or receiving mms messages in message+ wifi and data both

We got ahold of tech support finally one started working on the esim and the other was put back on physical sim imei corrected and it started working but what they were doing was queuing outbound and failing on sending phone for inbound
