Messaging-Time Stamp problem

The messages on my phone come in awkward. Why does it do this and how can it be fixed? it's pretty annoying.The bottom message in this picture was sent prior to the "Ok" received and time stamped at 1:30pm. That should be the last message in this thread.

it does this with data and using wi-fi.

I want your messages to come in sequential order at all times. Which messaging application are you using? In which zip is this taking place?

DIBBUN, I would be annoyed if my timestamps were not accurate either. Which texting app do you use? Does this happen both on wifi and off?

I use Message+ and it occurs on and off wifi.
