Messaging+ deleting messages even with auto delete turned off
Kithannon
Member

Hi guys. I just upgraded to an Asus Zenfone V Live yesterday from a Galaxy S4 due to a broken screen. I'm new to Messaging+. I did turn off the auto delete setting for messages, but I noticed this morning that all my messages from yesterday have disappeared. Oddly enough the only one that wasn't deleted was a picture. Everything else is gone. Any ideas what could be causing this? I really like the app so far, but this mystery deletion is driving me bonkers.

Thanks!

Kynten

Thank you for reaching out to us Kithannon.  Having your messages  deleted automatically can sure become frustrating. I use texting as my primary source of communication and I would be lost without them. Do you have any other devices set up with the same application? The messages deleted on other devices will remove them from all synced devices.
