I’ve used Verizon Messages (Message+) myself as well to go further back than 24 hours, RLN500. I’m not sure at the moment why you are seeing this limited scope of history.

What is the make and model of the phone you are checking in on? If you have more than one line with us, does the history go back further on your other device?
