Boo! I miss Alltel, I'm still under the old Alltel plan where I'v got 1000 anytime minutes on three lines and unlimited mobile to mobile,

with 10 Friends & Family and that includes unlimited messaging to these numbers. I pay $115.00 a month. I'v been out of contract for almost 2 years because Verizon can't match it.

I still have an Alltel plan, but unlimited texting to F&F numbers was an add'l $5 or $10 if I wanted it.

As many of the other community members have already clarified, unlimited text messaging is not included in the Friends & Family promo nor the unlimited mobile to mobile calling minutes promo. If unlimited mobile to mobile texting is what you are interested in then we have unlimited texting built into our calling plans, the Talk & Text plans. The cost of this service depends on if you are on a single line plan or if you are a part of a family share plan. I have posted a couple of links for your review to assist you in deciding what option is best for you.

As you can see in the links above, unlimited texting on a single plan has a $20 price tag while the family share option has a $30 cost. Keep in mind that the amount of lines can vary on a family share plan and still enjoy unlimited messaging for the flat rate if $30 per month. Some exclusions to these messaging options a 3rd party text messages or alerts, premium text messages, and international text messages.
