Recently I stopped being able to save pictures from Messenger Plus. I still can long press or open the picture and have the option to save. However, even though the "saved!" prompt comes up the picture doesn't show up in the VZ Media folder and I cannot seem to find a "messenger" folder. I've double checked permissions on the app itself, done a reboot or two, not sure what's going on. Moto Z Force. Thanks for any feedback!
Have you checked the downloads folder?

Graduality, we know that messages you receive may be important and need to be saved. With Messages + when you save a picture you will want to check both the downloads and your Gallery for that saved photo. Please let us know if you still do not find the saved image.
