Mis-identification of user names in Messages+

I appreciate using Messages+ so I can type messages on my PC, but there is a problem. Senders are being misidentified; for example I get a message from my son (we're all on a family plan), but it shows that someone else sent the message. Some names are correct, but others are not. It doesn't seem to matter if they have a Verizon account or not; messages from my daughter are correctly identified with her name, but ones from my son are not.

We want to be sure your Messages + service is working the way it should GRADIN90. Let's see what we need to do to get this resolved. When did the issue begin? Are you only having this trouble on your PC or do you have the trouble through the app on your phone as well?
