Most of my text messages are not being received by other people. My phone says delivered and they are still getting nothing

I just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy s5 and now when I send a text to someone they are not getting it. It has happened mostly morning and mid day. It won't send a regular picture or even a simple text. It is not my account and I do not have service issues. What could this be?

Sorry to see the trouble you are having with messaging. One of the most basic things we want to use our phones for. Let’s see if we can get that working again. Try resetting the messaging app: http://vz.to/1sBTIq4 . Then reseat your SIM card: http://vz.to/1lAT2Ki . Retest and let us know how it’s working.
