Let's ensure your picture messages are up and running! Are data services up and running on your device? ( Pictures messages are sent over the data network) Have you recently deleted long threaded messages? Do you receive any type of error message when sending?

data is running ... everything else works ... it did work but stopped... it acts like it's sending a picture message then just says "error sending" it's a single message and not a thread
That's definitely strange, tjfaloon. Especially if you can get online with no issues. I recommend speaking with our prepay team, so they can verify if your account has been provisioned correctly. We work with post pay accounts. Their number is: 888-294-6804.

Finally talked to support. And got an answer. All the data use was gone on the prepay account. Even though it was signed in with Wifi the data was being used at the same time. We have to turn data off when using it before it stops using the data. You have to pay a lot more than the $45 if you use it to get out the Internet etc. Not a good thing
