I set a Text Message tone on my Moto e Android phone when I first got it, but the tone has stopped working. I haven't had the phone very long, maybe 3 or 4 months. I've tried all the things the Help on my phone tells me to do, but nothing's working. HELP!
We know how important it is to make sure that your notifications are going through, as I never like to miss important messages, and we are here to help. To clarify, is it a specific notification that is not going through? Is the tone not making a sound, but you are still receiving the message?
