I've been the unwilling recipient of several messages like this for the last week.
Is there any way to block this garbage? It's coming thru Vzwpic so there's no # to block.

You can block messages from email addresses via your MyVerizon account online by adding a block to your line.

Good luck getting them blocked! I have over the last two weeks been trying to get Verizon to do something. I have talked to Christina, Donna, Jason and Stacy. Two of them from the Advanced Tech Support and no one can do anything. I told them that some of these numbers receiving this garbage could belong to children. The last person said I would have to block all text messages or change my number. They have to allow this "garbage" because it is freedom of speech!!! That is what she said! She said it would have to be changed at the FCC which I did call and they passed it to the FTC because it is coming from an internet address! The FTC said they can only take the email addresses and pass the complaint on to their lawyers who will decide if there is a case! No one is doing anything about it. I have emailed each of the local news stations hoping to get help from them. What's next? A class action lawsuit!?!

Did not work... the text is from a gmail account thru vzwpic.com.
I followed the directions but they ask for a # but there isn't one.
Wonder if I can block vzwpic?

the 7726 does not work because there is no number!! Will not work with email address. I have been trying to get this resolved with Verizon advanced Tech Support and today they said I would have to block all text messages or change my number. There is nothing they can do. The last tech support actually said it is freedom of speech!! How many of the numbers in the group details belong to children?! I have called the FCC and they said because it is an email I needed to contact FTC. I called FTC and they could only take the email address and will let their lawyers know. They will decide if there is a case. What the ?!?! I have sent emails to every local news TV station consumer help hoping to hear back so someone can help us. I think it may come down to a class action lawsuit.

Hello Reddy13, getting unwanted messages can be a headache, especially when they have strong content. Based on your screenshot, we see they are coming from an email address. You can block emails and domains by following the steps on this link: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/block-unblock-services-faqs/. Let us know if this helped.

I did this. But you are allowed only 15 blocked emails. I also check the block from web and the block from email boxes but still received the text messages.

I have had the block all messages from the web or email addresses for years and I don't get any text messages from the web or email addresses.
