Multiple voicemail options

Is there a way to have multiple options for someone leaving a voicemail message for me?  For example - the greeting would be something like: "You have reached XYZ.  If you would like to make an appointment press 1. For immediate help press 2. To speak directly to John, press 3."  

I'm not sure what this service is or how to even ask about it! Is it multiple mailboxes on the same line? I would assume additional fees, but is it possible to set up on an iPhone (I have an iphone xR).
