When I moved in with my girfriend and her daughter I bought myself and my girldfriend new iphone6's, and then we added her daughter's iphone4 to the plan as well. The iphone4 needs to be upgraded
But the system has our upgrade eligibility dates wrong:
iphone6 #1 = 2017
iphone6 #2 = 2015
iphone4 = 2017
I called the support hotline, and someone told me they would update it ... but 24 hours later no change. Hoping to upgrade the 4 for a birthday gift. Anyone know how to actually get this fixed so ... only 2 weeks left to act.
Just upgrade the line available. I learned years ago not to ask after we switched upgrades a few times.
THe alternate is call *611 and keep pestering support to fix it.
