I just got a new device and now my Send And Manage Messages fails. Also all my Integrated Messaging service apps for desktop and iPad do not work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. Deleted cookies.
The error I get on the web site is Your request has failed. Please try again later.'
But on my apps I get this message "Sorry, Integrated Messaging service is only available for Verizon Wireless numbers."
How do I get my Integrated Messaging reset at Verizon? Or is this something I set up on my phone or in my account?

Integrated Messaging - the service that allows you to duplicate to tab, PC, iOS, and web - is only available to Verizon customers due to billing and the fact that we cannot access the networks of other device carriers to route messages.
There was an issue with the Web interface last week, but that should be OK now.
