For the past several days my domain has been unable to send email to @vtext.com text addresses. There is no undeliverable message, the message just is not received. I believe my domain may be blocked by some Spam filter used for vtext.com addresses. I tried going through the regular Verizon whitelist, but it looks like you may have your own filtering for SMS addresses.
Could someone help me resolve this issue?
VHTMATT, thanks for reaching out to the community. Vtext is an awesome feature, and we definitely want to figure out exactly why this is happening. Can Are you trying to send a message over 160 characters? Are you sending a message to multiple recipients?
