looks like i just duplicated this thread by accident, though I hadn't made the sprint connection.
We are noticing some issues with cross carrier TO/FROM (Sprint, T-Mobile, ...) messages.
If this is the case for anyone on this thread, please send the following for troubleshooting:
Subject line: Messages+ Forum - SPRINT (or other carrier)
1.TO NUMBER & CARRIER
2.FROM NUMBER & CARRIER
3.A FAILED Message Screen Shot
4. TIME CODE (date and time) for failed message (no more than 12hours old)
This is not going to work for me, sorry.
1. There is no 'failed message screen shot'. The message just comes up blank on their end. I have no idea of this on my end unless they respond saying it was blank.
To Address your SPRINT delivery issue, I am scheduling SPRINT Sessions for next week. Messages+ users and their SPRINT contacts are invited to RSVP for one of the 'live troubleshooting debug' sessions.
