Oh no drmike429. A damaged iPhone is no good. For everyone's security, you can't view the content of a text message online. You can see the date, time, and phone number the message was sent through My Verizon (www.vzw.com/signin) for up to the past 3 months of usage, just not what the person wrote you.

Do you have insurance? You can check http://www.phoneclaim.com/verizon/lookup to see what you have and even file a claim if you need. If you don't have insurance, you can order a phone by logging into My Verizon as the Account Owner too. The home page has information about your upgrade date. If you aren't eligible for a discount yet, you still have the option to buy the phone at full cost.
