Names associated with phone numbers are not showing up in Windows Message+

Using Message+ on my Windows 10 desktop computer. For some reason unknown to me, the names tied to the phone numbers in the messages no longer appear and only the phone number shows. Message+ works correctly on my iPad and Samsung Galaxy phone. What happened and how can I fix it?

There is also no way to add a name/number to a phone directory in the Windows version of Message+.

Are you using the web site access for Message+ or one of the old desktop apps?  If you're still using one of the old desktop apps, they are no longer supported and may not work properly.
